Druddigaron, the Thorn Hide Wyvern

A piece made for RJ Palmer's Pokemonster Hunter competition, featuring the pokemon Druddigon reimagined as a fanged wyvern from the Monster Hunter universe. Bonus armor and hammer designs to boot.

Breakable: head, forearms, back plates. Tail is severable.

Druddigaron is a medium sized fanged wyvern that inhabits the caves of the ancient forest area. Highly aggressive, it will defend its territory from other monsters and hunters alike with ferocious attacks from its claws and tail. It relies on warm temperatures to keep itself active; attack it with ice element to slow it down and make the fight more manageable. It's rough hide will also eat through sharpness faster then other monsters, so softening it's hide is highly recommended.
